How it works
Credits and refunds One credit books one meeting. Credits do not expire and never reset. A credit comes back automatically only when the prospect cancels ahead of their meeting; if you cancel or reschedule a booked meeting yourself, the credit stays spent. Bonus credits are spent first and are not refundable for cash. Think a meeting was a genuine technical error? Open a support ticket and we will review it case by case.
Your Shared Leads plan Your plan delivers up to 15 exclusive leads each period. Unused leads do not roll over. Got a lead with bad contact information? Open the lead and use Dispute this lead; approved disputes are replaced, up to the cap set on your plan.
