How does Booked For You work?
You connect your calendar (Google or Microsoft) and set your availability. When prospects from our network want to book a discovery call to discuss their bookkeeping needs, we match them to you based on geography, industry, and your availability—then automatically schedule it on your calendar. No meetings are booked more than 7 days out to keep urgency high and no-show rates low. You call the prospect at the scheduled time and close the deal.
What does it cost?
Prepaid Credits: $150/credit (1-10), $125/credit (11-20, save 17%), $100/credit (21-50, save 33%), $90/credit (51-75, save 40%), $75/credit (76+, save 50%). Credits never expire and you can set auto-refill so you never miss a meeting. Only pay for confirmed bookings—if a prospect no-shows, we run a 10-day automated follow-up campaign and refund you if they don't reschedule.
How many meetings can I expect?
Most firms book 4-8 qualified discovery calls per month, but you control the volume with daily, weekly, and monthly caps. Scale up to 30+ meetings/month or dial it back when you're busy. We use a fair round-robin system so everyone gets turns. You can also filter by state and industry to only accept the exact leads you want.

We use 15-minute phone calls instead of video because they have a 75% pickup rate vs 50% for video—meaning more conversations and more closed deals.
What if a prospect doesn't show up?
When you report a no-show, we automatically trigger a 10-day email/text campaign to reschedule with the prospect. If they don't respond after 10 days, you get a full refund (credit or cash). We also email the prospect 1 hour after the scheduled time to verify the call happened. This two-layer verification ensures you only pay for real meetings.
